"I have never talked to Courtney Boring but if Faith is any indication of the quality of people she employs then I wouldn’t say she is top of the line. We left State Farm when premium rates started increasing at each renewal. But I soon found that this agency wasn’t the only agency experiencing increases. We stuck it out with the new agency for 1 1/2 yrs but Faith continued to call me and offer a new quote. When she did so this year I was happy to say yes to going back to State Farm, due to the lower rates offered. Faith is kind, knowledgeable, and best of all she listens.
