"I can't believe they have a 4.8 star rating. If you actually get a person to answer the phone consider yourself lucky, chances are you'll get Courtney's voice-mail, but she doesn't return calls. For the first couple of months we were getting letters that State Farm was missing information and if they didn't receive it they would cancel our policy. We did get ahold of Courtney and were told she'd take care of it and we could ignore those letters...well they kept coming, and we couldn't get anyone to communicate with us any more. Fast forward 6 months, we have left multiple voice-mails, have received no call backs, and have now received a letter informing us our policy was canceled 3 months ago."

"This company’s staff are not professional at all. They canceled my daughters insurance after the fact that I spoke with Courtney and she assured me that everything was fine. We tried to reinstate her insurance after our credit union notified us of their cancellation of the insurance. Sarah at State Farm says that we were notified but that is when Courtney said it was fine. Now, I left messages to have Sarah call me January 27th to make the payment and never got a call back and a gentleman in the office said he could not help me. I asked if there was anyone else that could help me and I was told no not at that moment. I called back on Friday and left another message with no response. They finally called me back and changed the quote from $214 per month to $360 per month I’m a matter of 5 days because they couldn’t take out the time to call me back. We have had problem after problem with this office and they never notify you when your payment amount changes. Courtney is such a nice person for her to have such a poorly trained staff. FYI Maybe you should call people back when you tell them you’re going to call them back"
